Basic methodology for the analysis of charges in the area of production in small companies in Ecuador

The elaboration of the technical analysis of the positions is an administrative practice of the utmost importance, which in principle can be included within the field of administration and management of human talent, but which has an application at all levels and organizational processes. Having such a level of importance, it is pertinent to contribute with a generic and basic methodology that guides small businesses in this important administrative practice in order to achieve the objectives and advantages of having formally designed both the functions and the requirements of the position. In this work, the bases and procedural aspects to achieve this goal are explained and, as a result, general basic formats were designed that can be adapted to the reality of each company, based on theory and at the same time showing the adequate methodological tools so that this practice is consistent and methodologically appropriate.
