Post-pandemic Hybrid Education: Challenges and Opportunities

This work explores how the pandemic has accelerated the adoption and evolution of hybrid education, merging face-to-face and virtual teaching. It highlights the transformation of educational paradigms, focusing on technological integration and flexibility in education. The paper examines challenges such as equity and access to technology, and opportunities like personalized learning and the development of digital skills. Conclusions emphasize adaptive workforce preparation, continuous learning, the need for institutional restructuring, and the constant evolution of the educational model.
